| alliance - an agreement between two or more nations to help each other | |

| isolationism - the policy of refusing to interact with or get involved in the affairs of other nations | |

| neutrality - the policy of being neutral | |
| propaganda - information or ideas intended to persuade people to think and/or act a certain way; often tells or shows only one side of a story | |
